🔄 Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Items that are damaged due to customer use are not eligible for return.

  • Items damaged due to misuse

📦 Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear pictures or videos of the product for verification.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Otherwise, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
